Where does Skyroam Solis 4G LTE global WiFi service work?
Skyroam global WiFi service relies on availability of local cellular signals and will work on land or by port where there is reception in covered countries. If you're in a remote or isolated area, in-flight or out at sea, signal may be limited or unavailable.
So long as 4G-LTE networks are available in your location in any of our covered countries, Solis will connect to the network. If no 4G-LTE network in a covered country, the Solis will still connect to the fastest available network.
You can find a list of countries that we are covered here.
If you're looking for specific coverage maps or information, we do recommend using a cell tower coverage map tool such as opensignal.com to get an idea of whether or not cell towers are present in a location you will be traveling to. So long as their a good mix of cell carriers and towers present, there is a great chance that Skyroam could work.
How does Daypass coverage gaurentee work?
Although we can't gaurentee coverage in 100% of land-territory in every covered country, we can state with confidence when we list a country as covered on our website that we expect you'll have a great coverage experience and be able to use the device in most places. In the event that you don't get coverage for an entire day, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
- Your first and last name
- Your full device SN#
- How many Daypasses did not work the entire day
We'll check your usage on our end and credit back any Daypasses where we see a problem-- no questions asked*.
*Some restrictions may apply. Skyroam cannot credit back Daypasses where usage exceeds 300MB. Daypasses are generally non-refundable and refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
