    Migrating a registered Skyroam email to Skyroam Solis

    If you have already registered your email address to a Skyroam Global WiFi Hotspot and you would like to submit a request to customer support to transfer your email along with all of your Daypasses to a new Solis device you have purchased, please fill out the request form using the link below:

    Please be sure to include your old Skyroam SN# that is linked to your email account along with the full SN# of the new Solis device you have purchased.  

    Because of high demand and large numbers of orders for the new Solis hotspot, please allow 5-7 business days for your account migration to be fully processed.
