Help- I am having problems accessing my Skyroam account
If you purchased a Skyroam Hotspot or Skyroam Solis device and are having problems accessing your Skyroam account, the first thing to try would be trying to reset your password at http://a.skyroam.com.
After clicking this option "forgot password" link, you should receive an email to your inbox with a link asking if you want to reset the password. Please use this to reset your password. If you did not receive the email after a few minutes, please try repeating the above steps a few times and also check your junk folder and confirm you have internet access.
If you're still having problems, it may be that your account is not registered or you have mistyped the email during the registration process.
If you have successfully created/registered an account on the "Solis" app and are still experiencing account related issues, please ensure you have paired your Skyroam Solis to your Skyroam Solis account. You can do so by doing the following:
1. Power on the Skyroam Solis.
2. Connect to the Skyroam wifi network
3. Open the "Solis" application
4.Select the 'Account' tab
5.Pair Device to Account
6.Select the correct hotspot including serial number
