Existing Customers: How to Register A New Skyroam Solis With Your Existing Account E-mail
As of 09/28/2017 you can register multiple Skyroam devices with a single e-mail address:
Already own a Skyroam Global Hotspot and just purchased a Skyroam Solis? If you'd like to register your new Skyroam Solis with the same e-mail on your existing Skyroam account, you can manage the devices from a single e-mail account.
How it works:
- Make sure to complete step 1 of setting up your Skyroam Solis here.
- Connect to the WiFi network of new Skyroam Solis (details on back cover)
- Go to a.skyroam.com and wait for the account portal to load.
- Enter your e-mail and you'll a see notification informing you your e-mail is already registered.
- Login and your connected Skyroam Solis will be registered with your account.
- To Buy Daypasses, select which device balance you'd like to update.
