    Existing Customers: How to Register A New Skyroam Solis With Your Existing Account E-mail

    As of 09/28/2017 you can register multiple Skyroam devices with a single e-mail address:

    Already own a Skyroam Global Hotspot and just purchased a Skyroam Solis? If you'd like to register your new Skyroam Solis with the same e-mail on your existing Skyroam account, you can manage the devices from a single e-mail account. 

    How it works: 

    1. Make sure to complete step 1 of setting up your Skyroam Solis here
    2. Connect to the WiFi network of new Skyroam Solis (details on back cover)
    3. Go to a.skyroam.com and wait for the account portal to load.
    4. Enter your e-mail and you'll a see notification informing you your e-mail is already registered.
    5. Login and your connected Skyroam Solis will be registered with your account.
    6. To Buy Daypasses, select which device balance you'd like to update. 

    Note: if you need to transfer your balance to your new Skyroam Solis, please complete this form.
