Introducing Skyroam Solis 4G LTE + PowerBank Rentals (US Customers Only)

As of 10/17/2017, US customers can rent the Skyroam Solis 4G-LTE Hotspot from our Skyroam Rental Portal Below are some common questions about renting Skyroam Solis.

When will I receive my Skyroam Solis 4G/LTE + PowerBank Rental Order?

After placing your rental order for a Skyroam Solis with from Skyroam Rental Portal your device will ship our few business days prior to your rental start date if not sooner.  All you have to do is select the option to upgrade to 4G (option will only be visible if your delivery and return mailing address is US-based).  The Skyroam Solis does has a built-in power bank, so you do not have to reserve any additional charging equipment.

How long does it take to ship the device?

We will select the shipping option that will work best to get you the item on time.  Skyroam Solis 4G-LTE rental shipping requires a US location at this time. By default, we will strive to get your rental device to you few business days prior to your rental start date selected on your order. For rush orders that start within a few business days, we will cancel the order no questions asked and refund it in our end if we cannot get the order to you on time due to the start date being too soon.

Can you ship to PO boxes , military addresses or hotel rooms?

It is generally preferred that you use a residential address (non-P.O., non-military) when placing rental device orders.  If we find we cannot deliver to an address, we will notify you and try to arrange another shipping address before canceling/refunding the order.

Do you offer insurance against damage or loss?

We do sell insurance.  Details are available on our terms and conditions page. Although insurance does cover basic damage, it does not cover the loss. If you lose the device, you will be charged the retail price of the Skyroam Solis hotspot, $109.99USD.

How do I set up the device after I receive it?

No set up is necessary aside from connecting to your Solis WiFi (SSID and password are on the sticker on the bottom of the device).  Your device will start broadcasting WiFI automatically on your rental start date and will stop at the end of your rental order period.  You do not have to register or activate the device in order to use it.
