    If you are stuck on steps 5-6: It looks like your hotspot doesn’t have a clear connection with the local tower. Please try:

    1. Physically move around or change your location. 
    2. Power off your hotspot and wait for 10 minutes.
    3. If nothing improves, please call or email customer support
